The starting point
Context before interface.
The offer was explained on the beach with a brochure and then through WhatsApp. Images, conditions and prices depended on one-to-one conversations, while each language added manual work.
Web solution · Operational
From a brochure and repeated explanations to a multilingual, manageable tourism experience connected to a human WhatsApp close.

The starting point
The offer was explained on the beach with a brochure and then through WhatsApp. Images, conditions and prices depended on one-to-one conversations, while each language added manual work.
What I built
I built an ES/PT/EN storefront where visitors can compare five experience types, receive a recommendation and prepare a contextual inquiry. A protected dashboard centralizes prices and reveals the journey before WhatsApp.
Key decisions
These are not attributed outcomes; they are verifiable choices in the process and implementation.
The solution preserves the human channel that closes the sale while handing over a more informed, structured inquiry.
Activities, FAQs, options and messages live in a multilingual structure rather than a late translation layer.
The dashboard supports fixed, starting-from or ask-us pricing and derives general references to reduce inconsistencies.
Verified scope
Current status and limits
Verified outcome
Offer, imagery, conditions and prices centralized.
A functional public experience in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
The owner can maintain prices without editing code and receive better-context inquiries.
